When I was choosing my order, I felt like the fabric options were limited. I was hoping for more variety so I could customize it a bit more to fit what I had in mind. The process was fine overall, but I personally would’ve liked more choices

I reached out to support and it took way longer than I expected to hear back. At first I figured it was just a one-off delay, but after waiting and checking back a few times, it definitely felt like there was a pattern of slow communication. Not the worst experience ever, but the response time was frustrating.

I ordered a chair from The Inside and, i’m still kind of mixed on it. I think it arrived about a week later than I expected, or maybe I had the delivery date wrong, but either way I remember being excited when it finally showed up. Online it looked really polished, and the fabric pattern is cute in person, but the seams were a little uneven and one corner already had some loose threads.

For the price, I just thought it would feel sturdier. The legs felt a bit cheap, and I noticed a small scratch in the finish either right away or maybe the next day when I moved it closer to the window. Customer service was fine, just slower than I hoped. It’s not awful, but I probably wouldn’t order again unless there was a really good sale

I ordered from The Inside, the delivery process was a mess. The tracking barely updated, my delivery date kept getting pushed back, and there was never really a clear explanation. I had to email them more than once, and even then, the replies were vague. By the time it finally arrived, I was already frustrated. Not really worth dealing with that kind of wait, in my opinion

I did find quite a few designs on The Inside that I genuinely liked. They have some really cute options, and the customization is nice, but the pricing started to feel a bit excessive once I added fabric choices and shipping into the mix.
The quality wasn’t bad by any means, but it also didn’t quite justify the final cost for me. I was expecting something a little more impressive for the price point, so unless there’s a solid sale happening, I probably wouldn’t order again.
